The item/size I want is out of stock, what now?

We try to have a stock level that will keep up with demand but some popular items may sell out quickly. If an item is sold out there will be an option available to “notify me when back in stock.”

Do you place items on back order?

Items are not placed on back order and we try to avoid advertising products that are not in stock unless advised on the product page. If your desired item has sold out, you will be contacted by our Customer Service team and a refund will be arranged.

How do I know what size will fit me?

Each product page has its own size guide relating to that specific style. If you're still unsure and have questions, reach out on the live chat and we'll answer any queries you have. 

I need help with my order, who can I contact?

Please contact customer service with any enquiry relating to your order.

Has my order been successful?

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email immediately. If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your email junk or spam folder. Alternatively, login to your account to check My Orders. If you do not have an account yet, you can create a new account.

Can I make changes to my order after purchasing?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at customerservice@wayver.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Wayver accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

How do I know it's safe to shop with Wayver?

Wayver uses a SSL certificate that uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

How much will delivery cost?

We are offering free express shipping all orders across AU, with no minimum spend. 

How long will delivery take?

Deliveries to Australian metropolitan addresses can be expected to arrive within 2-3 business days from the time of shipment. For regional deliveries, please allow 3-5 days depending on your location.

Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 5-10 days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

How can I track my order?

You will be emailed your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. 

How can I change my address after purchasing?

We process and pack your order as quickly as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed as long as your order has not been shipped.

How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your returned item, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.
